David E. Braden

DAVID E. BRADEN

David is an attorney and partner at Yudell and Lonoff, LLC. He joined the team in February 2019, focusing his work on estate administration, corporate law, and real estate. David is a contributor to the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) Flashpoints newsletter on topics related to estates and trusts and probate administration. Prior to joining Yudell and Lonoff, LLC, David practiced family law in Chicago.

He graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2017. While in law school, David clerked for the Honorable Lisa Ruble Murphy in the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, and he was the Managing Editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. David graduated with his Master of Laws in taxation from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (LL.M.) in 2022.

Before law school, David was the Development Director for Reconciling Ministries Network. David graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in international studies (B.A.). In 2008, he graduated from the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago with a Master of Arts in social work (A.M.).

In his time away from the office, David is an avid genealogist and loves spending time along the Chicago lakefront.
