Estate Planning


At the very least, each plan will include a Will, a Power of Attorney for Health Care and a Power of Attorney for Property. Often, a revocable trust, an insurance trust, a charitable trust, generation skipping trusts and/or qualified personal residence trusts will also be necessary to carry out our clients wishes in a tax efficient manner.
Everyone has property and a good estate plan will provide for proper management in the event of incapacity during lifetime and effective disposition upon death.
